Shear Paradise Salon has a very diverse and well educated group of people working with us to provide you with excellent customer service. Our goal is to make you feel confident and happy with your nails, skin, & hair; this includes the type of cut you want, the color and the products you need to keep your style up at home.
Ashley Goldstein became a hair stylist in 2008. She attends continuing education classes as much as she can with at least one class per month. Her fellow stylists have started calling her the "The Blonde Queen" . She enjoys the lightening process whether it's a brunette looking for a natural sun kissed look or a dramatic blonde transformation.
Bella Ferguson started her hair career in 1997. She likes to work with curly hair because her hair is long and wavy; she understands what you may need for your hair. She also likes long layered V cuts and men’s cuts. She has excellent product knowledge and tries to attend at least 5 continuing education classes per year.
Cindy Lewis has been doing hair for over 39 years. She aims to be your long term hair stylist. She attends 1 - 2 continuing education classes per year. She likes to cut A line bobs, pixies, etc. She also loves the traditional and classic styles.
Crystal Gillenwater started her hair career in 2008. She attends 2-3 continuing education classes per year as well at attending the annual Phoenix Hair Expo. She’s worked with over 5 different color lines and likes to do perms. She enjoys doing bobs and A line cuts but loves all hair styles and color except ‘party colors’.
Debbie Edwards has been a nail technician since 1989. She does gel nails, gel manicures and pedicures. She is dependable and guarantees her work.
Hallie Darmstadt started doing hair in 2012 and enjoys styling hair for special occasions. She attends 2-3 continuing education classes per year. She enjoys working with all types of hair including curly, straight, long, or short. Some of her favorites are bobs,
A lines, long layers, and men’s cuts. She also likes to do color and hi-lights.
Kim Ashley has over 35 years of experience and grew up in her parent’s hair salon. She has been an educator for a color line as well as a shampoo line. Customer service is one of her top priorities along with providing you with a fantastic hair cut/style/perm. She specializes in fine thin hair, grey coverage, and color. She enjoys long layered cuts with color that has a lot of dimension. She attends continuing education classes throughout the year with a minimum of 30 hours.
Libby Price has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 1996; she attends 12 continuing education classes per year. She does Therapeutic, Swedish, and Reflexology massages. She is also a Reiki Master. She has taken Cranio Sacral I & II as well as Reflexology I & II.
Lisa Hammond is all about the client; her goal is to make sure she gives you the cut, color or perm that you are looking for. She has been doing hair for over 30 years now and attends 60 to 80 hours of continuing education per year. She has experience with all types of cuts and hair types including extensions.
Mary Barker started her hair care career over 30 years ago; she attends at least 4 continuing education classes per year. She has excellent product knowledge when it comes to fine hair and hair loss. She excels in razor cuts and curly hair; she also likes to work with layers and texture. She specializes in special occasion hair such as weddings. She will make sure you leave with the best hair possible.
Melinda Hawkins has been doing hair since 1983 and loves to do razor cuts. Unfortunately, she is not taking new clients at this time.
Nit Erly has been cutting hair since 1994 and attends 2 to 3 continuing education classes per year. She likes all types of cuts, color and hi-lights; she also does an excellent up-do for that special occasion.
Noha Salman attends 25 to 35 hours of continuing education per year and has over 25 years of experience. She likes to work with curly or straight hair and likes to cut long layers. She is a master stylist and experienced colorist, she likes to do blow outs and fun 'party colors'.
Pauline Rice started her hair care career in 1981 and attends at least 2 to 3 continuing education classes per year. She likes to work with curly or straight hair.
Rockie Caruso has been doing hair in the Valley for over 22 years. She is comfortable with most types of hair and cuts. She enjoys doing colors and feels best when her clients walk out with a smile on their face.
Sarah Shapiro’s passion is to make her clients feel good about themselves. She started her hair care career in 2006 and attends as many continuing education classes as possible. She enjoys working with all hair styles, cuts and colors.
Shane Wilson started working with hair over 3 years ago and attends at least 6 continuing education classes per year. He specializes in extensions, braids, Ombres and ‘Party Colors’. He works mostly with straight hair but can work with curly hair too. He likes long hair and the V cut as well as A-lines. He is always up for a challenge and likes to do fun hair.
Stacy Young started her hair care career in 1986 and attends as much continuing education as possible throughout the year. She specializes in curly hair. She loves color and perms as well.
Stephanie (Stevi) Arnold has been doing hair since 1978 and attends continuing education classes once a month. She enjoys cutting all types of hair and styles; one of her favorites is A-line cuts. She wants you to leave feeling special and pampered, having enjoyed your personal hair experience.
